What does your Ready-to-Gift packaging look like?
Our signature boxthecity box is sleek, modern, and always on point. Each gift is packed with branded tissue, crinkle, and a whole lot of intention. Want something more custom? Let’s chat — branded boxes, custom colors, and more are totally on the table via Boxed + Branded (Semi-Custom) and Fully Custom.
Are there order minimums?
Nope. Order one or one hundred — no minimums required for Ready-to-Gift sets.
How much notice do you need?
We strive to ship Ready-to-Gift orders within 2–4 business days. Need expedited? Just say the word and we’ll fast-track it. Need something extra custom or on a tight timeline? Let’s talk.
How fast is shipping after processing time?
While we cannot control the shipping speeds once it is picked up from boxthecity, UPS and FedEx indicate the following average (but not guaranteed!) timeframes:
• Ground: 2–5 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days
• Overnight: 1–2 business days
Note: No weekend pickups or deliveries for expedited options.
Boxthecity will not issue refunds for delayed shipping. (Sorry! That is out of our control!!)
Do you deliver "locally"?
That depends on what "local" means to you!
With locations in Orlando and Las Vegas, we pride ourselves on our seamless deliveries to the convention hotels including in-room amenities. Please contact us to discuss your needs and pricing. There will be a $10 bellstand delivery fee assessed per gift set in addition to local delivery fees.
Once a gift is delivered to the hotel bellstand, concierge, or designated delivery point, boxthecity is no longer responsible for the gift’s final placement or timing. Please note that hotel policies, guest status (such as early check-out or Do Not Disturb), and staff handling may affect delivery to the recipient’s room.
We recommend confirming delivery protocols directly with the hotel when possible.
How much does shipping cost for Ready-to-Gift sets?
• Free ground shipping on Ready-to-Gift sets $100+
• Under $100? Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
• Want it faster? Please select your option at checkout.
All shipping includes: tracking and delivery confirmation.
Can I place a rush order?
Absolutely. Reach out and we’ll confirm what’s possible based on inventory and shipping speeds. Please note that Rush Fees may apply.
Can I schedule a future delivery?
UPDATE WITH ZEST INFO.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payment is due upon order placement, unless approved terms have been granted.
Payment can be made by credit, debit card or ACH (Direct Deposit).
Credit cards incur a 3.5% processing fee.
Do you ship chocolate in the summer?
Not by mail as it melts + we’re Quality Queens. But we can hand-deliver in Orlando or Vegas. Ask us for options. If your Ready-to-Gift set includes chocolate (or other meltables), we will substitute with something fantastic during the months of June-September.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. But if something arrives damaged, we’ve got you — contact us and we’ll make it right. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Oops! Wrong shipping address. What now?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to fix it. If it has, we can reroute it for a $20 fee. Email us ASAP with “Urgent - Address Change” in the subject.
My giftbox was returned. Can you resend it?
Yes — we’ll gladly reship your gift for a $20 fee plus applicable shipping costs. Please note: if a returned gift box is not claimed and payment to resend is not received within 14 days, the gift will be considered abandoned and will become the property of boxthecity.
Tracking says delivered, but it’s MIA.

Do you remove pricing from gifts?
Always. No receipts or pricing are included in your gift box — that all goes to your email or customer portal.
