At boxthecity™, we’re committed to getting your gifts where they need to go—quickly, carefully, and with as little stress as possible. We ship across North America and offer local delivery in our home bases of Las Vegas and Orlando.

Every order is handled with care—from curation and sourcing to packing and shipping. Here’s everything you need to know:


How Shipping Works

Once we work together on your order or program, we’ll determine the best method for delivery or shipping. Each gift requires time for:

  • Curating and ordering
  • Quality checks
  • Kitting and packaging

Shipping Speeds (after processing)

Once your gift leaves our hands, shipping times depend on the carrier (UPS or FedEx). Here’s what they typically estimate:

  • Ground: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: 1–2 business days

No weekend pickups or deliveries for expedited shipping.

Note: boxthecity is not responsible for carrier delays and cannot issue refunds for late deliveries.


Do You Deliver Locally?

Yes! We specialize in seamless local deliveries to:

  • Hotels (as in-room amenities)
  • Convention Centers
  • Event venues
  • Corporate offices

Locations: Las Vegas and Orlando

Delivery fee to Hotels: +$10 per gift for bell stand/concierge/front desk fee, in addition to any standard shipping charges.

Once a gift is delivered to a hotel or venue drop-off point, boxthecity is no longer responsible for final placement or timing. We recommend confirming delivery protocols directly with the hotel or venue when possible.

  • Totally depends on the size, weight, and location. We'll quote all the costs up front.

Can I Schedule a Future Delivery?

Absolutely. Place your order, then reply to your confirmation email with your preferred ship date. For very specific arrival dates, contact us before ordering so we can find the best delivery strategy.


Chocolate (+ Other Melty Products) in Summer

We don’t ship chocolate by mail from June–September (or when temps demand it). Instead, we’ll substitute something fabulous to avoid melting.

Local delivery in Las Vegas or Orlando? Chocolate is still on the table—just ask.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S., including APO/FPO addresses. For international gifting, contact us—we may have solutions through partners.

What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. But if something arrives damaged, we’ve got you. Email us within 3 days of receipt and we’ll make it right. [Read full Return Policy]

I gave the wrong address. What now?
If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it—no problem.
If it’s already in transit, we can reroute for a $20 fee. Email us ASAP with “Urgent - Address Change” in the subject.

My gift was returned. Can you resend it?
Yes—reshipping is available for a $20 fee plus applicable shipping charges.

Tracking says delivered, but it’s missing.
Give it 3 days—sometimes it shows up late or was delivered to a neighbor or front desk. Still no luck? Email us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you include receipts or pricing in the box?
Never. Pricing and receipts are emailed to you only—your recipient receives a clean, elevated unboxing experience.
